Welcome to the VIRTUAL Strollathon page for Team Jade-alicious!

The Razzano family is participating virtually in the 15th annual Portland Strollathon, Rettsyndrome.org’s signature fundraising and awareness event, to raise money for essential research of effective treatments and to find a cure for Rett syndrome. This casual stroll has a fun and energetic festival atmosphere. Jade turned 17 this year and, knock on wood, she's been healthy and happy during these crazy times. If you would like to join Team Jade-alicious and don't have the updated teal shirt, contact Joey to get your team shirt(s) at joey.razzano@comcast.net and to let us know if you can join us for the stroll - or just sign up online!
There's no easy way to say this - Rett syndrome sucks! It's a genetic neurological disorder occurring almost exclusively in females and becoming apparent after 6-18 months of early normal development. The resulting regression leads to lifelong impairments, including lost speech, seizures, scoliosis, irregular breathing patterns, and more than half of the children and women lose the ability to walk. Those diagnosed with Rett syndrome require maximum assistance with basic daily activities. Jade has a great sense of humor and is a joy to be around.
In addition to being TAX-DEDUCTIBLE, your donation will help fund important research and family support. This cause is very important to us and we appreciate your help as we fight for a cure for Rett syndrome! Will you help us raise funds to help cure this awful disease??
Please join me or donate to my efforts to support Rettsyndrome.org in finding a cure! Your help is our hope! Give until it feels good!
