Hello Team Bella, we are excited to have you here for our first Strollathon! Thank you for the support!
Ju'Ella got her Rett Syndrome diagnosis 12/18/2021. Rett syndrome is a genetic neurological disorder occurring almost exclusively in females and becoming apparent after 6-18 months of early normal development. The resulting regression leads to lifelong impairments, including lost speech, seizures, scoliosis, irregular breathing patterns, and more than half of the children and women lose the ability to walk. Those diagnosed with Rett syndrome require maximum assistance with basic daily activities. Rett Syndrome has taught us to look at life differently in many ways! We are cheering Ju'Ella through any progress (whether it is big or small).
With this being our first Strollathon Team Bella is very excited for this experience. We want as many people to support us through this experience. You can come join us for the walk or simply donate in support of Ju'Ella. We promise it is going towards a GREAT cause.
Your donation will help fund important research and family support. This cause is very important to me and I appreciate your help as we fight for a cure for Rett syndrome!
You can also learn more about Rett Syndrome at Rettsyndrome.org! Your help is our hope!
