Hello, Family & Friends –
Ava’s growing up and venturing out…every day we learn more about what she enjoys and how to help her. The BIGGEST help are Anabella, now a legal adult & official emergency contact, and Alex, big and strong, helping to lift Ava and take her places!
Fundraising for research is
the most we can do for our daughter.
Please join us in our family’s most crucial priority,
and consider a donation to our personal cause, RETTSYNDROME.org
Look at what you’ve helped accomplish in the last year!
• 4 clinical trials underway in the US, and 25 worldwide
• 2 compounds planning for clinical trials (Trofinetide and AMO-04)
• 2 compounds in Phase 2 & 3 of clinical trials (Anavex 2-73 and Sarizotan)
• Developed a female Rett mouse model that better replicates the symptoms and severity of Rett syndrome, which concluded that even partial restoration of MECP2 levels has a positive impact on Rett symptoms in mice
We’re so grateful for your continued support, which gives us the strength to persist in our quest for research toward a treatment for Rett Syndrome, the debilitating disorder from which our younger daughter suffers. Your kindness and encouragement mean more to us than you can ever know.
Rettsyndrome.org has earned top ratings from Charity Navigator. All donations are tax deductible and can make an enormous difference in the lives of Ava and thousands of other girls afflicted with Rett Syndrome, the only Autism spectrum disorder with a known, detectable cause, making it a gateway for discovering treatments for Autism, Parkinsons, Alzheimers, and other diseases like Cystic Fibrosis and Muscular Dystrophy.
Many thanks for your support, from the bottom of our hearts,
The Allocco Family: Elizabeth, Andrew, Anabella, AVA, and Alex
